Leadership Team

Naveen in the founder and Managing Director of DataGrokr. He is responsible for driving long term value for our customers and our employees. He has 20 years of experience in analytics, consulting and IT strategy. Prior to starting DataGrokr, he led technology teams for large Fortune 100 companies as well as start-ups and has proven experience in building engineering teams and products from the ground up. He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta.

Selva is the head of our Cloud Engineering Practice. He is responsible for helping our clients in architecting, designing and developing solutions for Cloud migration, Cloud enablement and Cloud Security services. He has 20 years of experience in the IT industry and has been hands on a variety of database, Cloud and DevOps technologies. He is certified in AWS and Azure and has successfully delivered projects to various corporate and governmental clients. Prior to his IT career, Selva served in the Indian Air Force for 18 years.

Arul is the head of our Data Engineering Practice. He is responsible for helping our clients in building data assets and scalable data architectures. He has 16 years of experience in the IT industry and has built DW/BI solutions across different industry verticals (Telecom, Retail, Healthcare) and different database tech stacks (Snowflake, Spark, Teradata and data engineering stacks on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, etc.). Prior to joining DataGrokr, Arul honed his craft with IT services majors like Cap Gemini, TCS and Tech Mahindra.

Becky is the head of Human Resources at DataGrokr. She has experience in various domains such as Human Resources, Operations and Organisational development. She is passionate about development of people and building culture at work place. Her inclusive leadership style helped the management to develop and retain good talent at DataGrokr. She has proven expertise in end to end HR management, Business Partnering, Policy formulation and Vendor management.
